About Me

Hi, I’m Andy Bramhill, the creator of The Calm Seeker blog. I’m a passionate advocate for meditation, sleep, and relaxation, and I believe that everyone deserves to live a peaceful and restful life.

I started this blog to create a central hub of information for people who want to learn more about meditation, sleep, health, and how to improve their overall well-being. I write about a variety of topics, including different types of meditation, sleep techniques, and how to convert insomnia and other sleep problems.

I’m also a musician, Reiki master, and meditation teacher. I’ve released four calming music albums on major streaming platforms, and I’ve held several courses and workshops on music, meditation, and relaxation. I’ve also created several guided meditations, including guided meditations for sleep.I hope that everyone who is interested in learning more about meditation, sleep, and relaxation will find value in my blog.
