Hi, I’m Andy Bramhill, the creator of The Calm Seeker blog. I’m a passionate advocate for meditation, sleep, and relaxation, and I believe that everyone deserves to live a peaceful and restful life.
I started this blog to create a central hub of information for people who want to learn more about meditation, sleep, health, and how to improve their overall well-being. I write about a variety of topics, including different types of meditation, sleep techniques, and how to convert insomnia and other sleep problems.
I’m also a musician, Reiki master, and meditation teacher.
